Within this secure and nurturing environment, students are encouraged to grow in confidence, take responsibility for their own safety and explore their potential knowing that their wellbeing always comes first.

At our international syllabus school in Trichy, every student is entitled to feel safe, listened to and respected, whatever their story or circumstances. Creating this sense of security is at the heart of our school culture and guides every decision we make.
Guided by the ISP Safeguarding framework and our own Safety & Security Committee, students are surrounded by trusted adults who know them well, are trained to recognise concerns early and respond promptly and professionally. The wellbeing and best interests of the child always come first.
Staff safeguarding training
All staff receive regular safeguarding and child protection training so they can recognise concerns early and respond appropriately.
Clear reporting pathways
Well-defined reporting systems ensure that any concern raised about a child is logged, escalated and addressed swiftly and effectively.
Safety in the curriculum
Students build personal safety, responsibility and resilience through age-appropriate lessons embedded in the curriculum.
Easy-to-reach support
The names and contact details of DSLs and DDSLs are displayed on posters across classrooms and common areas so students know exactly whom to approach.
Regular safety drills
Quarterly fire, lockdown and emergency preparedness drills help students and staff feel confident and ready to respond in any situation.
