Sreela Sujikumar serves as Head of School, bringing over two decades of experience in education and a deep commitment to transformative learning. Beginning her career as a teacher and growing into a dynamic school leader, she has consistently championed ethical professionalism and innovative practices that inspire both students and educators. Her recognitions include Visionary Leader in Global Workforce Preparation at the Skills Reform Leadership Awards 2025, The Path Breaker of 2020 by Harper Collins, the Shikshak Samman Puraskar (2019), and the Best Teacher Award (2016). A TEDx speaker and active collaborator in global education initiatives, she specialises in educational leadership, curriculum design, teacher training and co-curricular development, shaping meaningful and future-ready learning experiences.
A veteran doctor and visionary educator, Dr. Chinnusamy is the driving force behind TIPS’ growth as a leader in national and international education. His mission to deliver exceptional education to both local and global communities has shaped the institution’s journey. Known for his strong focus on student safety and world-class infrastructure, he continues to inspire the TIPS community with his unwavering commitment and leadership.
A medical practitioner turned education leader, Dr. Shivkumar Chinnusamy brings extensive experience across national and international curricula. He has played a key role in expanding TIPS across multiple campuses while ensuring each remains unique in approach. With continuous learning at the core of his philosophy, he actively engages in global workshops and school visits, bringing diverse educational insights to the organisation.
A seasoned educator with 35 years of experience, Ms. Latha Maheshwari is an expert in curriculum development and academic leadership. Beginning her career as an IIT JEE Mathematics faculty member, she has held key leadership roles in education. She is known for her forward-thinking approach and commitment to integrating modern educational practices.
With over a decade of experience in education management, Ms. Maheshwari Sridhar leads key operational functions across TIPS, including administration, HR, student welfare and campus services. Starting her journey as a student counsellor, she has grown into a strategic leader known for enhancing operational excellence and student well-being through innovative practices.
With over 15 years of experience in IB, Waldorf and Montessori education, Ms. Parasakthi specialises in early and primary curriculum development. She is deeply committed to holistic education, strongly believing in nurturing every child’s overall well-being alongside academic excellence.
With a background in global organisations such as Infosys and Bank of America, Ms. Tamilarasi transitioned into education and has over a decade of experience across CBSE, NIOS, IB and Cambridge curricula. She leads the implementation of Cambridge programmes across TIPS campuses, fostering a research-driven environment that values student voice and purposeful learning.
Mrs. Aruna Maheswari V B.com , M.com , M.A Childcare and education, MSc guidance and counselling, B. Ed ,  is the Principal for The Indian Public School, Salem.A commerce graduate She stepped into the world of education in 2002. She has 20+ years of experience working with Indian and Malaysian schools, honing her skills and articulation of IB, Cambridge, Waldorf and National Curricula. Her approach to education is a healthy balance of international exposure and Indian values. She is an academician who constantly learns, acquires new skills, and invests time in studying schools and education systems across the world. Her belief is that education must be well-rounded and holistic. She encourages her teams to deliver with creativity, sensitivity, nuance and a strong value system.
Her deep passion for creative arts drives her effort to curate and initiate experiences that give children joy. Her measure for an initiative’s success is the joy and meaning children discover in it.

Kumaraguru is an enthusiastic and energetic academician with over a decade of experience teaching Physics within the Cambridge International Assessment curriculum. He holds a postgraduate degree in Physics along with a B.Ed., bringing strong subject expertise and sound pedagogical knowledge to his role. Ms. Sindhu Santhosh is a visionary educator and academic leader with over a decade of experience in international education, curriculum leadership, and teacher development across IB PYP, Cambridge, and ICSE frameworks. She has successfully led curriculum planning, instructional practices, and professional learning initiatives in leading international schools, fostering collaborative and inquiry-driven learning environments.With expertise in transdisciplinary curriculum design, assessment for learning, differentiation, and project-based learning, Sindhu is passionate about empowering both educators and students to achieve excellence. Currently contributing as a Curriculum Developer for Australia and New Zealand educational programmes, she brings a global perspective enriched by professional experiences across India, Denmark, Ghana, and Nigeria. Charu Latha began her teaching journey as a Mathematics facilitator and evolved into a PYP Homeroom Teacher through curiosity, collaboration, and reflective practice. With three years of PYP experience, she designs inquiry-driven learning experiences that nurture student voice, agency, and conceptual understanding. She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and continuously explores transdisciplinary approaches to enrich learning. Joyous Sharon is a dedicated and nurturing Homeroom Teacher with three years of teaching experience in an IB PYP school. She is trained in inquiry‑based pedagogy, values‑based learning, lesson planning, formative and summative assessment, differentiated instruction, classroom management, phoneme awareness, and the integration of technology to enhance learning. Girija began her professional journey as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. After a brief career break, she reflected on her interests and discovered her true passion for teaching. Guided by this calling, she joined TIPS–Trichy, where she enjoys nurturing young minds and learning alongside her students every day. Monisha G is a dedicated educator with an M.Tech background and a passion for teaching. She began her career as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and later pursued an Advanced Diploma in Montessori and Child Education to deepen her understanding of child‑centred learning. Currently, she works as an ICT Facilitator in an IB PYP school, where she integrates technology to support inquiry‑based learning, digital literacy, and student engagement. Her diverse experience enables her to create meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences, blending technology with child‑centred pedagogy.
Nalini is a BBA graduate with a versatile professional background, having begun her career in HR and administration where she developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills. She later expanded her expertise at a UAE-based taxation firm, gaining valuable experience in complex regulatory environments. Despite her success in the corporate sector, her passion for education and working with children guided her transition into teaching. Dedicated to creating inspiring learning environments, Nalini combines professional discipline with a genuine love for teaching, aiming to nurture curiosity, confidence, and growth in her students while bringing a well-rounded and practical perspective to the classroom.
Nirmala Meganathan is a highly accomplished Special Education Needs Facilitator with over 10 years of experience across IB curriculum schools, therapy centres, and remedial settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, giving her a strong academic and therapeutic foundation. She has supported students from diverse international curricula, including Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE, and Canada. Her expertise lies in designing individualized, data-driven intervention plans that promote measurable progress. Rajadurai completed his schooling under the CBSE curriculum and went on to earn both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Botany, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. He brings seven years of research experience and began his teaching career in 2007, gaining extensive exposure across CBSE, Matriculation, and Cambridge curricula. Known for his versatile teaching strategies and friendly, approachable nature, Rajadurai is deeply committed to nurturing values-based learning while motivating and inspiring students to achieve their best.
Ranjanadevi Jaikumar is an experienced educator with a strong academic background, holding a B.Com, M.Com, and B.Ed. She brings five years of teaching experience in the CBSE curriculum, with a focus on effective pedagogy and student-centred learning. Currently in her second year of teaching within the IB PYP framework, she emphasizes inquiry-based and holistic education, striving to create meaningful learning experiences that nurture curiosity, confidence, and overall student development.
Shree Vaishnavi is a Biological Researcher who chose to follow her passion for teaching and working with children. With seven years of experience teaching students aged 6 to 14, she brings empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of children’s emotional and behavioural needs into her classroom. Passionate about making learning meaningful, she enjoys connecting everyday life with the wonders of Science and encourages students to explore, question, and discover. An avid reader, especially of medical thrillers, Shree Vaishnavi strives to nurture curious and compassionate inquirers who will contribute positively to society.
Nancy Geetha is an MCA and B.Ed. graduate and a certified Cambridge teacher with 13 years of teaching experience across the Cambridge, ICSE, and CBSE curricula. She specializes in teaching Computer Science to upper and senior secondary students and has successfully trained multiple batches of board examination candidates. In addition, she brings two years of experience as a robotics trainer, guiding students in AI-based projects and preparing them for competitions. Dedicated and passionate about teaching and student development, Nancy is also committed to continuous learning, with a keen interest in languages and completed German certification at A1 and A2 levels.
Akilan Dhanapal is a dedicated education professional with a strong academic foundation. He completed his schooling in the matriculation stream and went on to earn both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Engineering, later qualifying with a B.Ed. to pursue his passion for teaching. With 15 years of overall professional experience, including 8 enriching years in school education, Akilan brings commitment, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset to his role. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience and remains focused on professional growth, striving to be a meaningful contributor and a valuable asset to the school community.
Rudhra Devi is an experienced education professional with over 8 years of experience in international curricula. She is currently working as a PYP Homeroom Teacher (HRT), supporting holistic student development through inquiry-based learning. She began her teaching career handling Grade 5 English, where she built strong foundational language skills among students. She later worked as a Grade 3 English teacher in an IGCSE school, gaining valuable exposure to global education standards. Logesh serves as a distinguished Assistant Professor of English and a specialist in Cambridge and IB First Language English, bringing over nine years of international teaching and academic experience across India and Africa. A British Council–accredited IELTS Master Trainer, his expertise spans First Language English, ESL, English literary studies, phonetics, and accent training, with extensive experience in IGCSE, AS, and A Level curricula. An accomplished scholar with publications in reputed journals, he has received national recognition for research and linguistic excellence. Known for his eloquence and strong oratory skills, Logesh has also contributed as a dubbing artist for Filmfare Award ceremonies, worked as a newsreader with Polimer TV, and served as a Radio Jockey with Suriyan FM, delivering impactful lectures and keynote addresses.
Saravanakumar is a Robotics Trainer and STEM Facilitator at iSpark Learning, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering. He served as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor for eight years and earned his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University in 2024. Certified in EV Charging and CCTV Installation (MSME), he has experience teaching across Matric, CBSE, and CISCE curricula. Sai Akshara is a passionate French facilitator with seven years of teaching experience, working with school and college students across various educational boards. She is also a freelance French translator and content writer, contributing to language projects alongside her teaching career. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science, an M.A. in French, and an M.Phil in French with a strong research focus, and has completed over 145 hours of professional training. Sangeeta Iyer is a dedicated educator and multi-skilled professional with nearly 14 years of diverse experience across education, training, administration, and client relations. Since November 2023, she has been serving as a Homeroom Teacher for Grades 4 and 5 at The Indian Public School, Trichy, teaching English, Mathematics, and Units of Inquiry while fostering inquiry-based learning, student agency, and conceptual understanding aligned with IB philosophy.
